Expanding the coaching program for Intentional Living to six months allows for deeper exploration and more sustainable habit formation. This approach will focus on awareness, alignment, growth, and integration while providing more time for reflection, adjustment, and building long-lasting change.
Together we will:
Define intentional living and personal values.
Conduct a Life Audit where we identify misalignments in lifestyle.
Establish Foundational Habits - Build habits that align with your values.
Tackle limiting beliefs and focus on positive growth.
Align relationships and environment with intentional living.
Solidify intentional actions and prepare for the long term.
Outline:
6 months | 12 sessions | 2 sessions a month (ONLINE)
3 - 90 minute In-depth coaching calls
3 - 35-minute mid-month accountability call
