Kara’s three-month Intentional Living Coaching involves helping clients identify, create, and nurture foundations, habits, and support structures that align with their vision, values, and life goals. Kara uses a combination of deep-dive sessions and check-ins to promote intentionality and sustainable growth.
Together we will:
Define what intentional living means and clarify core values.
Align actions and daily habits with values.
Solidify and sustain intentional actions.
Outline:
3 months | 6 sessions | 2 sessions a month (ONLINE)
3 - 90 minute In-depth coaching calls
3 - 35-minute mid-month accountability call
