One-off 1:1 Coaching Session (90 Min)
Do you have a hard conversation you need to prepare for? An important meeting that you need to navigate? Or an idea you need to sense check? Or perhaps you want a taster of what your longer-term coaching could be like? A 1-hour coaching strategy session is designed to clarify your goals, identify challenges, and outline actionable steps to help you achieve your objectives.
Together we will:
Identify Goals: You'll discuss your primary goals for the session—what you want to achieve or explore.
Prioritise Focus: We will identify one or two key areas to focus on
Understand Obstacles: Together we will identify current challenges, limiting beliefs, or barriers.
Brainstorm Solutions: Collaboratively, you’ll brainstorm potential strategies or actions to address the challenges and reach your goals.
Action Plan: Kara will help you select practical, realistic steps to take. These could be new habits, milestones, or tactics you can apply immediately.
Define Actions: Together, we’ll narrow down one or two tangible actions that you can focus on in the coming days or weeks.
Plan Accountability: You can determine how you will stay accountable, which may involve setting deadlines or check-in points or signing up for a longer term course of coaching.
