This longer timeline supports intentional living becoming deeply integrated, providing space for reflection, experimentation, and personal growth in a meaningful and lasting way.

Establish Foundational Habits - Build habits that align with your values.
Tackle limiting beliefs and focus on positive growth.
Align relationships and environment with intentional living.
Solidify intentional actions and prepare for the long term.
Align physical and digital environments to support intentional living.
Experiment with new intentional practices
Review current daily and weekly habits—what is supporting the vision and what is not.
Celebrate growth and achievements over the past year.
